Breast Augmentation: Case 4
Description
Some say with each pregnancy breasts get larger. For patients who have very small breasts, it does not happen. This patient has congenital malformation called tubular breasts. She has seven children and very loose skin. With her arms up, you can remove the skin laxity and visulaize how big her true breast tissue is. Her chest width and skin laxity would allow for large implants.
