Description

This patient has broad shoulders, convex chest with prominent chest bone and small breasts. On oblique pictures you can appreciate how the rib cage is convex above the breast, creating a depression in the upper lateral breast. Breast augmentation with High Profile silicone gel implants will compensate for the upper pole depression and give a beautiful contour to the breast. With arms up, you can appreciate how little breast she had once the skin was stretched. With arms down, you could see lateral chest wall next to the breasts before augmentation. After breast augmentation, the aesthetic silhouette of the lateral breasts overlap the lateral chest contour on face view.
