Fat Grafting: Case 1
Description
Vertical frown lines appear over several years of frowning. The depth is based on the strength of the corrugator muscles pulling the eyebrows close to each other, the thickness of the skin and the frequency of frowning. In the forehead the fat layer that normally exist between the skin and forehead muscles, goes away right under the frown line. In this patient, a combination of surgical release, fat grafting and Botox treatment has allowed to completely make the line disappear and restore a smooth forehead. At four years, results are maintained.
